Pair of 19th Century Venetian Tole Floor Lanterns

A beautiful pair of 19th Century Italian Venetian tole lanterns. Hand-forged of wrought iron, the lanterns are embellished with acanthus leaves and flower blooms, supported by a twisted rope center pole, anchored to a round heavy base. The inside of the lantern features six candle arms.

Condition: Good. Wear consistent with age and use. The pair was electrified at some point in time, however, that was an estimated 50+ years ago. It is recommended to update the wiring to today's standards.
